The number 1 says it all: our quality policy

We want to be a reliable partner for our customers from the different sectors of industry. Our logo makes this claim clear: the stylised “one” embodies our striving to make our customers number one in their sector - with our help as a first class supplier. Because our success as service provider depends directly on the success of our customers.

Satisfied employees and satisfied shareholders are also a guarantee of satisfied customers.

To achieve this, we direct our management system in accordance with the international Standards ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 ISO 14001 and ISO 50001. Through the consistent application of these Standards, customer orientation and process quality are efficiently promoted. The process orientation allows us to achieve the desired results better and more efficiently. We pledge ourselves, within the scope of our quality policy, to attest the trust of our customers in KSG at all times - and indeed at each stage of the emergence of the product and all the processes connected with it.

Whoever wants to attain trust and understand the customers' requirements must communicate with the customer. We see ourselves as a partner to our customers who recognises the needs and remits at an early stage and solves these reliably. In so doing, we are guided by the following principles:

  • We want to manufacture our products to be 100% flawless at justifiable costs through systematic quality improvement. The basis for this is a consistent avoidance of errors and robust processes.
  • Quality and environmental protection are the basis for all our business decisions. The thorough analysis of data and information forms the basis.
  • The customer sets the yardstick for the quality of the product.
  • Each employee bears the responsibility for the quality. This comes about through the avoidance of errors from the start as well as continuous improvement.
  • It is imperative not merely to remedy the fault itself but also its cause. The goal is an enduring and continual improvement in quality (German abbr.: KVP).
  • The promotion of the quality consciousness of all is an on-going management remit and yields motivated employees.
  • The satisfaction of the employees, the recognition of the goals achieved and enhanced knowledge of the work content all contribute to the quality orientated production and customer orientated conduct.

These quality policy principles are binding obligations for all employees. The securing and targeted improvement of the quality is the remit of everyone, from the executive management to the employees on the machines and plant. For quality work promotes commitment and active cooperation beyond the boundaries of department and function.
